1. Perishable Products (e.g., Milk)

We do not accept returns for delivered perishable products. However, we offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

• Product is spoiled or leaked at the time of delivery

• Wrong product delivered

• Product is damaged during transit

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery

• Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
